Security and data protection
This page describes technical controls used for the Corvnet website, enquiry form and administrative access. It is not an independent security audit or a certification statement.
Website and enquiry handling
The public website uses HTTPS. Form inputs are validated, request sizes and submission frequency are limited, and personal enquiry fields are stored encrypted. Optional analytics requires consent. Administrative enquiry access is restricted through a private network and authorised operator checks.
Project security responsibilities
For client work, data types, access permissions, retention requirements and service-provider choices are agreed in the project scope. Technical controls do not by themselves establish legal compliance. The client and, where needed, qualified advisers define applicable legal requirements.
Reporting a vulnerability
Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp to describe the affected page, reproduction steps and expected behaviour. Do not include passwords, access keys or personal records. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service or modify information while preparing a report.
