About Corvnet
Corvnet provides business IT infrastructure, software, cloud and technical support services from Tuzla, Istanbul. Projects are organised around a written scope, named responsibilities and acceptance tests.
Services and delivery locations
Our work covers office networks, cameras and access control, servers and backup, end-user support, business software and cloud operations. On-site installation and maintenance are available in Istanbul and Kocaeli. Remote software and cloud work is agreed by project, including time zone, working language and access arrangements.
How a project starts
Share your business requirement, current systems, location and target date. We review dependencies and propose a scope. Equipment, licences, third-party services, exclusions and acceptance conditions are identified before implementation.
Ownership and handover
The agreement states source-code rights, third-party licences, account ownership and documentation requirements. Handover includes agreed test results and operating notes. Continuing maintenance has its own service hours, response targets and responsibilities.
