Work and handover approach
Corvnet’s internal web and enquiry platform illustrates our delivery approach. This is our own operational application, not an external client reference.
Internal implementation: web and enquiry platform
The requirement was to present Turkish and English service information and track enquiries in an authorised workflow. The implementation combines public pages, enquiry capture and restricted administration. Personal fields use encrypted storage and optional analytics requires consent. Enquiry, authorisation and backup recovery checks run in a separate test environment.
Scope and responsibilities
Client projects identify existing devices, service locations, working hours, third-party dependencies and exclusions in the proposal. Client and Corvnet responsibilities are listed separately.
Change and downtime control
Changes affecting an existing system require an agreed maintenance window, rollback approach and approval owner. Additional requirements are assessed for their effect on cost and schedule.
Acceptance and handover
Agreed connectivity, access, recovery or workflow tests are completed. Equipment inventories, configuration records, open items and support arrangements form part of the handover. The internal implementation does not establish a measured customer revenue or efficiency result.
